Report an Absence

When reporting an absence, please include either a medical excuse or a parent note in your email.

Per the FMSD Attendance Policy, students in middle school are able to use FIVE (5) parent notes for illness or injury per school year.

Travel is not an excused absence.

You can submit your excuse to our PowerSchool/Attendance Clerk by emailing it to madsenm@fortmillschools.org.
