Complaint Process
I have a concern about my child’s coursework or teacher
Step 1: Check Weekly Communications
Before taking further action, parents are asked to check the weekly newsletter, "This Week @ The Creek" found on your child's ClassLink page.
- If your concern is resolved after reviewing the newsletter, no further action is needed.
- If you still have a concern after reviewing the newsletter, proceed to Step 2.
Step 2: Contact the Teacher
Contact the teacher directly to seek clarification.
- If the concern is resolved after speaking with the teacher, the process is complete.
- If the concern remains unresolved, move to Step 3.
Step 3: Contact the Appropriate Administrator
If the teacher cannot resolve the issue, email the administrator assigned to your child's grade level or area of interest:
- 6th Grade: Email Mr. Cook
- 7th Grade: Email Mr. Wilke
- 8th Grade: Email Mr. Leach
- Athletics: Email Mr. Helms
- If the concern is resolved at this stage, the process is complete.
- If the grade-level admin cannot resolve the issue, move to Step 4.
Step 4: Contact the Principal
If the concern remains unresolved after speaking with the grade-level administrator, you should contact Principal McNeil:
